Users who download apps that you publish on the Google play store make stars and comments to evaluate your app. Answering these comments by the publisher is welcomed both in terms of google rating and users.

In order to answer the comments that come to an application that you publish in the Play store, you need to log in to your Google Play Console account, where you posted the application. After logging into your account, click on the application you want to answer the comments of your application in the application list area. You must select the COMMENTS page by clicking USER FEEDBACK in the left menu on the page that opens. You can see and answer all the reviews on the page that opens.
